Mother among duo charged with sexual molestation of 14-y-o

Two persons, including the mother of a fourteen year old girl, have been charged in connection with the sexual molestation of the child in St Catherine.

The accused are Almarie Graham, a forty five year old labourer, and Kerbie Brown, a sixty year old labourer, both of Spanish Town, St Catherine.

They face multiple charges including three counts of sexual touching, three counts of grooming a child, trafficking, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, and misprision of felony.

Police investigations revealed that between June 1, 2025 and November 22, 2025, Graham, the girl's mother, conspired with Brown and took her daughter to his dwelling, where he allegedly touched her inappropriately. Brown reportedly gave the complainant 34 thousand dollars, which she then passed to her mother.

A report was made to the Spanish Town Police, prompting an investigation that led to the arrest and subsequent charging of both accused.

A court date is being finalised for their appearance.
